Set Low Stock Alert
How to set up this alert in Zapier:
- Create a free account on Zapier.com
- Create a new Zap with "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger
- Select "Retrieve Poll" as the event
- Use this API URL (copy it):
For Email Alerts:
- Add Gmail as your action app
- Use the "message" field from the webhook as your email body
- Test and enable your Zap
For SMS Alerts:
- Add Twilio as your action app
- Select "Send SMS Message" as the action
- Connect your Twilio account
- Set the "To Number" field to use the "to_number" field from the webhook response
- Use the "sms_message" field from the webhook for your message
- Test and enable your Zap
For Both Email and SMS:
- Add Gmail as your first action app (for email)
- Use the "message" field from the webhook as your email body
- Click "+" to add another action
- Add Twilio as your second action app
- Set the "To Number" to use the "to_number" field
- Set the "Message Body" to use the "sms_message" field
- Test and enable your Zap
Zapier will check stock levels every 15 minutes (free plan) or 1 minute (paid plan).
